On this milestone occasion, The International Management Group (IMG) proudly celebrates 30 years of advancing international cooperation and development. Founded on November 25, 1994, in Geneva, IMG was established by 15 European States and ECHO for the European Commission with UNHCR support to address the reconstruction of Bosnia-Herzegovina after the conflict in the Western Balkans. Over the past three decades, IMG has expanded its scope and geographical reach, managing more than 600 projects in 26 countries such as Myanmar, Haiti, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, South Sudan as well as Gaza and West Bank for a total value exceeding 700 million euros. IMG is currently mobilized for the reconstruction of Ukraine having signed a MoU with the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development.
Our work spans a wide range of sectors, including public infrastructure, capacity building, law enforcement, IT, business development, education, and the environment. With the dedication of over 2,000 employees and consultants, IMG remains committed to delivering high-impact solutions, guided by the principles of transparency, collaboration, and sustainability.
