After completion of each sprint, the Contractor’s Team presented to the Project team the functionalities developed so far.

This presentation was very fruitful as real examples were used to discuss how the system should behave in different scenarios, as well as the user-friendliness of the system. These types of meetings will continue throughout the lifecycle of the project.
